By comparing the various equations in a separate validation data arranged, we were able to overcome limitations because of interstudy distinctions in participant characteristics and in options for calculating GFR and serum creatinine and cystatin C. Finally, the equations are expressed for standardized creatinine and cystatin C ideals. Our study has limitations.
